The legendary Mr. Beef Ball himself.
The shop makes all sorts of balls but beef is the main ingredient in the Fish & Beef Maw Balls.
I think we tried the Four Treasures Noodles. I can't remember which photo shows that now.
But it had six types of meat/fish balls in handmade fish noodles. This makes a good intro kinda dish cos it had everything thrown in.
The noodles here cost about HKD23-27 (RM9 to12).
I call this one the armpit terror balls.
I'm sorry but this blog entry title really got me started. I mean doesn't it look like armpit hair growing out of the ball? And guess where the hair came from?
Fried Yellow Eel Fish Skin. HKD11 only.
These were superbly excellent & they tasted like keropok (crackers).
The balls here were mostly pissed off balls.

Don't ask me how it's done. They'd basically stuffed hot soup inside the fish ball.
Oh, by the way, we thought the fresh homemade soya drink was interesting.

But it looked good.

And they still have Coca Cola in a bottle!

walk along Nelson Street until you arrive at Fa Yuen Street.
Turn right & walk on.
